There is a clear cyclical relationship with the phases of the moon. For the last few months, ETH has been bottoming around full moons (filled circles) and topping near new moons (white, unfilled circles).

There are exceptions, be careful to check for eclipses, Mercury retrogrades, and longer term planetary cycles at influence.
